In terms of ambition, Dubai stands unrivaled—whatever it desires, it achieves! In November 2019, the Dubai Police suggested the possibility of deploying Tesla's innovative Cybertruck for patrolling the city's streets. They shared an image of the Cybertruck adorned with police badges and the distinctive green and white color scheme. By 2024, a Tesla Cybertruck, painted in vibrant green and white, is poised to become part of the Dubai Police fleet. The Dubai Police General Command has proudly introduced this advanced addition to its luxury patrol fleet, signifying a major leap in the city's adoption of cutting-edge law enforcement technology. The force displayed the sophisticated electric truck on social media, highlighting its distinctive plate number 5. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, was also observed closely monitoring the futuristic vehicle.

Dubai Police's fleet of supercars is famous for its collection of high-performance vehicles, including the Lamborghini Aventador, Audi R8 Coupé V10, Bentley Continental GT, McLaren MP4-12C, Aston Martin One-77, Mercedes-AMG GT63 S, Maserati GranTurismo, Bugatti Veyron, Toyota 2021 GR Supra, and others. The Cybertruck boasts a unique, angular design crafted from ultra-hard 30X cold-rolled stainless steel, offering a futuristic aesthetic and superior resistance to dents and corrosion. Tesla employs armoured glass, known as Tesla Armour Glass, designed for exceptional durability and impact resistance. The Cybertruck is claimed to tow up to 11,000 pounds and has an estimated driving range of up to 340 miles. When connected to a Tesla Supercharger, the EV truck can reportedly gain between 128 and 136 miles of range in just 15 minutes.

The Tesla truck is offered in three versions available for pre-order on the company’s website. The Cybertruck comes in three main variants, each with distinct ranges and capabilities: Single Motor RWD, Dual Motor AWD, and Tri Motor AWD, offering ranges from over 250 miles to over 500 miles and towing capacities from 7,500 pounds to 14,000 pounds. The Tri Motor AWD version accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in under 2.9 seconds, making it one of the swiftest trucks on the market. The interior is spacious, seating up to six adults, and includes a 17-inch touchscreen display for vehicle controls and infotainment. The Cybertruck features Tesla's Autopilot as standard, with Full Self-Driving (FSD) capability available as an optional upgrade. The truck bed, or 'vault,' is 6.5 feet long and provides 100 cubic feet of secure storage space, also including an onboard power inverter for 110V and 220V electricity.
