Dubai Police issued an alert on Friday, informing drivers about an accident on Airport Road in the city. The authority used X to notify motorists about the incident that occurred on the bridge leading towards Al Khawaneej. Dubai Police advised drivers to be extra cautious while navigating the area.
Earlier, Dubai Police had also urged drivers to avoid roads connecting to or from the airport as the peak travel season begins today in Dubai. Authorities stated on Thursday that over 5.2 million passengers are expected to pass through DXB between December 13 and 31. In a public advisory on X, Dubai Police encouraged drivers to consider alternative routes to help alleviate traffic congestion and ensure a smoother experience for both departing and arriving travelers.
