Dubai now boasts a total of 19 Michelin-starred restaurants. The third edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai 2023, held at the One & Only One Zabeel, welcomed five new establishments to its esteemed list. Currently, Dubai has four restaurants with the prestigious two-star rating and 15 with a one-star distinction. All three restaurants that secured a two-star rating last year retained it, with 'Row on 45' making a notable entry. "It's a dream come true," expressed Chef Jason Atherton, visibly moved. "Dubai is an exceptional city. Gordon Ramsay sent me here in 2008. I met my wife here. I am deeply thankful for this recognition." Four additional restaurants were honored with a one-star rating, bringing the total number of one-starred restaurants in Dubai to 15.
