Dubai South Properties has revealed the selection of Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting for a Dh150 million contract aimed at the construction of South Living Tower, a high-end apartment development situated in The Residential District of Dubai South.
This project was initiated in June of this year, featuring an appealing post-handover payment plan, in response to the substantial demand for spacious apartments within Dubai South. The development is anticipated to be finalized by Q1 2027 and will encompass 209 units, including studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, stated, "The demand for residential apartments in Dubai South has been progressively increasing over the past several years. Following the declaration of the new passenger terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport in April, we observed a significant rise in interest in housing, which is mirrored in the elevated sales and rental values for residential properties in Dubai South."
