The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is set to host the second edition of the Binous Classic Bodybuilding Championship on September 7th and 8th. This event combines sports competitions and an exhibition. A total of 700 male and female athletes will vie for cash prizes totaling Dh1.2 million, marking the highest prize value for a championship in its category globally.
The Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation revealed the details of the two-day event during a press conference at the Dubai Sports Council, attended by Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Federation; Saeed Hareb, the Secretary General of Dubai Sports Council; and Mahir Abdulkarim Julfar, Executive Vice President at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Abdullah Al Sharqi stated, 'The Binous Classic Championship is one of the most significant championships overseen by the Federation, particularly as Binous Gym is a strategic partner of the Federation.' This prestigious event aims to unite athletes, sports aficionados, and spectators worldwide to display their talents, fervor, and sportsmanship.
