Since the beginning of the year, the Dubai Tourist Police has gathered 3,509 remarks, queries, comments, and proposals from visitors, building on the 7,652 exchanges recorded in the previous year, as revealed on Saturday.

The department employs five advanced digital platforms to engage with tourists and ensure round-the-clock access to their services. With the updated Dubai Police app, tourists can conveniently communicate with the Tourist Police. This upgraded app enables global tourists to file inquiries and reports seamlessly. Additionally, the Dubai Police website serves as another avenue for communication.

Tourists also have the option to visit one of the many Smart Police Stations (SPS) spread across Dubai, which function 24/7 without human oversight, facilitating easy submission of suggestions and reports. The 901 call center handles non-emergency calls as a fourth channel, while the fifth channel is the Dubai Police Tourist Police email, accessible globally at touristpolice@dubaipolice.gov.ae.

"The feedback has greatly enhanced our guides' capability to deliver police and security services, recover lost items, and assist tourists in reaching their accommodations or home countries, thereby enriching their overall experience in Dubai," stated Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, the director of the Tourist Police Department.
