Russian banya is a variation of a steam sauna, with the temperature ranging between 65° and 85° Celsius and the humidity level maintained between 40% and 60%, which creates a soft stress-free environment, for the body to restore strength, energy, and vitality.

So, the public area is created for groups of friends or those wishing to share their banya experience with like-minded people. The private one is for those who would prefer more privacy and exclusivity.
The public banya, accommodating up to six guests, is perfect for unwinding, and enjoying a multisensory experience through sight, touch, and smell of the natural banya aromas. You are free to curate your own experience in the steam room, dip in the plunge pools, discover the intricacies of the traditional venik (broom) treatment, and much more. After a steam session, guests can unwind and rest on a hay bed in the relaxation room as well as enjoy a selection of signature herbal teas, organic honey, and dried fruits & nuts to complete the journey.
DUBANYA’s private banya experience combines a relaxing steam therapy and oak & birch venik treatments, complete with a dip in the hot and cold plunge pools. A one-of-a-kind 2.5-hour treatment, the ritual is performed by our authentic banshchiks (steam masters), who will take care of the whole journey, allowing you to recharge and rejuvenate. Guests are offered a wide selection of herbal teas, honey, nuts, and dried fruit as well as a special set of Russian snacks.
