Etihad has announced that flights will operate daily between Boston and Abu Dhabi, starting from October 27. This decision follows the introduction of Boston as Etihad Airways' fourth destination in the United States, complementing existing routes to Chicago, New York, and Washington DC. Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi facilitates pre-boarding clearance for US immigration and customs, featuring the only US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility in the Middle East. This allows travelers to collect their luggage and depart immediately upon arrival in the US.

In addition to enhancing flight frequencies from Boston this autumn, Etihad will also commence daily Airbus A350 flights to Toronto Pearson Airport in Canada, starting October 27. The Airbus A350, equipped with Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines, is renowned for its efficiency, with a 25% reduction in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions compared to previous models. Arik De, Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer at Etihad, highlighted that the A350 is revolutionizing air travel with enhanced efficiency and comfort, aligning with the airline's strategy to meet growing customer demand and expand its network.

Etihad's daily service from Boston Logan International Airport to Abu Dhabi utilizes a state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, featuring the airline's acclaimed Business Studios and Economy Smart seats. Arik De noted that the Boston service has been performing exceptionally well, with flights often operating at near capacity since the inaugural flight in March. Excited about the strong passenger demand, Etihad is further investing in the North American market by increasing flight frequencies from Boston ahead of the busy winter travel season.

Etihad also collaborates with JetBlue, offering passengers convenient connections to numerous cities across North America. This partnership enhances travel options and convenience for passengers traveling between Abu Dhabi, Boston, and Toronto.
