Evadne Yachts has provided an exclusive glimpse inside Rock X, the fourth vessel in its Rock 85 series. This comes after the yacht's delivery last month, setting the stage for her grand debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival. The 27.3-metre series represents Evadne Yachts' inaugural venture into the motor yacht sector, having previously focused on sailing boats. The first unit, Rock, was successfully delivered in 2018.

Distinguished by its angular, masculine lines and geometric glazing, the model is the brainchild of Dutch studio Vripack, with project management handled by Tufan and Brothers. The yacht offers accommodation across four cabins, including an en suite owner's cabin situated forward on the main deck, complete with a private balcony at the bow. Guest accommodations are located on the lower deck, alongside quarters for four crew members. The main saloon boasts sofa seating, a separate dining area, and direct access to an outdoor seating area at the aft.

Equipped with twin CAT engines, the yacht boasts a top speed of 15.5 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles at nine knots. Additional specifications include a 6.5-metre beam and a draft of 1.8 metres. In a world exclusive, Vripack shared insights with BOAT International about Project Zero, an ambitious mission to construct a luxurious 69-metre sailing yacht that operates entirely without fossil fuels.
