Expo City Dubai has revealed the sale of land plots within the Expo Valley as part of the Expo Valley residential project. The 'Expo Valley Plots' allow potential buyers to acquire land ranging from 7,500 to 12,500 sqft, with the option to merge areas to meet their specific requirements, according to the master developer's announcement on Wednesday.
Expo Valley, set to welcome its initial residents in early 2026, includes 532 villas, townhouses, and semi-detached homes. Ahmed Al Khatib, the chief development and delivery officer at Expo City Dubai, expressed: “As we invest in the growth of our city, we are thrilled to offer land plots for sale and provide designers and developers the chance to contribute to our thriving, successful environment.”
Additionally, the developer has awarded four new contracts, three of which went to UAE-based companies, for the development of the residential project.
