The National Centre of Meteorology reports that the day will generally be fair with occasional partly cloudy periods. Light to moderate winds are expected, occasionally strengthening to cause dust during the day. Clouds are forecast to emerge in the east and could become convective in the afternoon. Temperatures are predicted to peak at 48ºC across the country, with highs of 42ºC in Abu Dhabi and 41ºC in Dubai. Conversely, temperatures may dip to 32ºC in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and as low as 21ºC in mountainous areas. Humidity levels are anticipated to vary between 25 to 50 per cent in Abu Dhabi and 35 to 55 per cent in Dubai. Sea conditions are expected to be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
