One person tragically lost their life following a fire that erupted on a fishing boat in the port of Marbah in Fujairah, as confirmed by Fujairah Police.
The authorities reported receiving a distress call about the blaze at 9:48 PM on Thursday. Upon arrival, it was discovered that two individuals had sustained injuries and were promptly transported to the hospital by the national ambulance service. Tragically, one of the injured individuals succumbed to their injuries.
The incident remains under investigation, with further details expected to be released in due course.
