Bollywood actress Fatima Sana Shaikh, renowned for her role in Dangal, shared her love for photography on World Photography Day. While she is acclaimed for her acting, she disclosed that she also delights in photographing the world, showcasing another facet of her artistic talent. In a statement released by her team, Fatima expressed how photography enables her to view the world differently. "Photography is a method for me to capture moments and emotions. Holding a camera makes me more observant of my environment, noticing details I might overlook otherwise. I am particularly fond of photographing people; their eyes and hands reveal much," she explained.

She further mentioned that if she weren't an actor, she would have pursued photography with greater dedication. "If I hadn't chosen acting, I would have definitely studied photography more thoroughly. Learning to control light and shadow, understanding how they transform spaces, and exploring the properties of different lenses—which lens best captures each moment—are all fascinating to me," she added. Fatima frequently posts her photographic works on Instagram, allowing her fans to see the moments she captures. Her images, filled with emotion and creativity, underscore her profound engagement with the art, positioning her as a versatile talent both on and off screen.

On the professional front, Fatima is set to appear alongside Ali Fazal in Anurag Basu's Metro In Dino. The film, a anthology, also features Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, and Konkona Sen Sharma in pivotal roles. Initially scheduled for release on March 29, the film is now slated to debut on November 29.
