A fire erupted on a small, unoccupied plot near the Damac Business Tower along Marasi Drive in Business Bay on Tuesday morning.
Black smoke rose from the ground, though the flames were reported to be away from the building, as confirmed by a local resident to Khaleej Times.
Emergency services swiftly arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire. The origin of the incident remains unknown.
