Dubai-based airline flydubai has officially introduced its new Business Class check-in facility at Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB). This service offers passengers a range of premium amenities, including a personalized meet and assist service, seated check-in, and expedited processing through passport control and security lanes.

This marks the carrier’s inaugural dedicated check-in area for Business Class travelers, situated in the Departures zone at Terminal 2, DXB, near Entrance 3. Terminal 2 has also designated a dedicated kerbside drop-off zone and a separate entrance exclusively for Business Class check-in, complemented by a complimentary porter service.

The new check-in area is designed with elements inspired by the tranquil and enduring beauty of desert dunes. The architectural features, including sweeping arches, warm tones, and minimalist aesthetics, mirror the undulating desert landscape, creating a welcoming environment that prioritizes both efficiency and comfort.

The lounge provides a variety of personalized experiences, such as a serene relaxation area where guests are greeted with traditional Arabic hospitality, including refreshing towels, followed by coffee, dates, or other refreshments. This new check-in facility is now accessible to all flydubai Business Class passengers departing from Terminal 2 in DXB. Additionally, customers who upgrade to Business Class before check-in can also utilize this new service.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of flydubai, expressed enthusiasm, stating, “We are thrilled to extend the personalized service we provide to our Business Class passengers onboard to their ground experience as well. This new service aims to ensure that our customers’ journey is seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable from the moment they arrive at Terminal 2 until they reach their final destination.”

flydubai has established a robust network encompassing over 125 destinations across 55 countries, including regions like Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Central and Southeast Europe, the GCC and the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. The airline has introduced more than 90 new routes that previously lacked direct air connections to Dubai, all serviced by its fleet of 88 modern and efficient Boeing 737 aircraft.
