Foggy weather conditions are expected to persist in the UAE this weekend, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). A yellow alert for fog has been issued by the NCM in its daily forecast to inform residents about reduced visibility and fog formation in the areas marked on the map.
In general, skies will be fair to partly cloudy, with occasional dusty conditions in some eastern regions. Humidity will increase during the night and early Monday morning, with a likelihood of fog or mist formation. Humidity levels could reach up to 90% in inland and coastal areas. Light to moderate winds are anticipated, occasionally picking up in strength. The sea conditions will be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
Temperatures are forecasted to dip to a low of 10°C in the mountainous regions and climb to a high of 32°C in the inland areas of the UAE. In Dubai, the temperature is expected to reach 30°C, while in Abu Dhabi, it will be 29°C.
