The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has alerted drivers about reduced visibility due to fog on Tuesday morning. The weather authority issued a red alert, informing UAE residents of compromised horizontal visibility until 8:30 AM. Abu Dhabi Police advised motorists to drive with extra care due to the foggy conditions. Drivers are encouraged to adjust their speeds according to the dynamic limits shown on electronic signs.
On Monday, Wadi Hilo in Sharjah experienced heavy rain and hail, while Kalba Shokah Road in the Eastern Region received moderate rainfall. Light rain also occurred along the Shawka-Al Muinai Road in Ras Al Kaimah. However, unlike the wet conditions of yesterday, most UAE residents can anticipate a clear and partly cloudy day today.
Temperatures may soar to 48ºC in inland areas but could drop to 25ºC in the mountains. Humidity is forecasted to persist from night until Wednesday morning, with a chance of fog or mist in coastal areas. Light to moderate winds, occasionally stronger, are expected across the country. The sea conditions are predicted to be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
