A former model has accused Donald Trump of inappropriate behavior after being introduced by the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein in the 1990s, according to The Guardian newspaper.

Stacey Williams claimed she met the Republican presidential nominee at a party in 1992, shortly after Epstein, who was later convicted of sex offenses, introduced them. Williams stated, "It became very clear then that he and Donald were really, really good friends and spent a lot of time together."

Williams recounted the alleged incident during a call organized by Survivors for Kamala, a group supporting Trump's Democratic rival, Kamala Harris. She alleged that in 1992, Epstein brought her to Trump's New York office, where Trump allegedly pulled her toward him and began to grope her. Williams, now 56, said she froze in response to the inappropriate touch, and noticed the two men exchanging smiles.

The Trump campaign did not respond to AFP's request for comment, but a campaign spokeswoman dismissed the allegations as a "fake" story, attributing it to the Harris campaign. The spokeswoman also described Williams as a "former activist" for Democratic ex-president Barack Obama.

Williams shared a postcard depicting Trump's Florida mansion that she claimed he sent to her agent after the incident, with the handwritten message: "Stacey - Your home away from home. Love Donald."

Trump has faced multiple accusations of sexual assault or harassment from over 20 women but denies all allegations. In January, a New York court ordered him to pay $83.3 million to compensate writer E. Jean Carroll, whom he was found liable for sexually assaulting and defaming.
