Francesca Eastwood, the daughter of renowned director Clint Eastwood, was arrested on Saturday in Beverly Hills on charges of felony domestic violence, as confirmed by The Post. A spokesperson for the Beverly Hills Police Department informed The Post, "On Saturday, October 12, 2024, at around 10:42 PM, the Beverly Hills Police Department responded to the 'Safety Zone' located at 464 North Rexford Drive (BHPD HQ) following a radio call reporting a potential domestic violence incident." The spokesperson further added, "Officers conducted an investigation, and based on the statements and injuries observed, Francesca Ruth Fisher Eastwood of Los Angeles was arrested for a felony, specifically PC 273.5 – Domestic Violence, and was subsequently booked at BHPD Jail." Representatives for both Francesca and Clint Eastwood have been contacted by The Post for comment. TMZ was the first to report the news.
According to TMZ, the incident began with a verbal argument between Francesca and her boyfriend while they were driving around Beverly Hills. The dispute allegedly escalated into a physical altercation. At this point, Francesca's boyfriend contacted the police, who advised him to drive to the 'Safety Zone' outside the Beverly Hills Police Department to speak with law enforcement. Upon arrival, both parties were interviewed, and after assessing the alleged injuries sustained by Francesca's significant other, Beverly Hills PD arrested Francesca for domestic violence. Her boyfriend declined medical assistance, and Francesca was released from custody after posting a $50,000 bail, as reported by TMZ.
The identity of the alleged victim has not been disclosed by law enforcement in accordance with California law. Francesca is currently in a relationship with actor Alexander Wraith, though it is unclear if he was involved in the incident. The couple shares a six-year-old son named Titan. Wraith and Francesca made their relationship public on the red carpet in 2018, when she was pregnant with their child. Wraith has a son from a previous relationship and was married for eight years before dating Francesca. He filed for divorce from his wife, Lili Gaildraud, in June 2018, claiming they had been separated for three years prior to the divorce.
