Following the resounding success and sell-out of the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, London Gate, a prominent real estate developer in Dubai, and Franck Muller, the renowned Swiss luxury watchmaker, have unveiled their latest venture - the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower. This luxurious development is strategically located in the bustling heart of Dubai Marina, building on the triumph of their initial collaboration. Valued at Dh1.6 billion, the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower promises an unparalleled luxury lifestyle, with residences priced starting from Dh1.25 million and slated for handover by September 2027.
According to Morgan’s 2024 report on Dubai’s Branded Residences, the number of units produced in 2024 surged nearly 50% compared to 2022, currently representing 7.2% of all property transactions in Dubai.
