With nominations accepted until October 31, 2024, in various categories, the event saw participation from entities in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait. Hosted by Cosmos Events, a leading Saudi Arabian event management company, the ceremony included three main components: an awards ceremony to recognize top performers in employee well-being, workshops offering practical insights into workplace happiness strategies, and panel discussions featuring industry leaders sharing best practices. This expansion reflects the Corporate Happiness Awards' commitment to making employee well-being a cornerstone of organizational success throughout the GCC.

Notable winners include FOAJ Communications Group, Dubai Police, and SAVOLA Group for Excellent Work Environment; Mubashir and Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) for Diversity & Inclusion; Alinma Bank for Innovation & Creativity; ROSHN for Women Empowerment; MEPCO for Sustainability; IHCC and Saudi German Health for Social Power; Saudi German Health for Recreation at the Workplace; and Dr. Mohammed Al Ghandour and Metab Alkhaldi for Happiness Influencer. These winners set a high standard for fostering a positive and thriving workplace culture across the GCC.
