The GDRFA detailed its operational schedule from June 15 to 18: The Customer Happiness Centre at Dubai International Airport, situated in Terminal 3's Arrivals Hall, will offer services around the clock. The Al Aweer Customer Happiness Centre will be open from 6am to 10pm daily throughout the holiday period. For any inquiries regarding GDRFA transactions, customers can contact the Amer call centre at the free number 8005111, which operates 24/7. The authority also encouraged the public to use the Dubai Now application or visit its official website (http://www.gdrfad.gov.ae) for a smooth transaction process.
