The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) has declared that Dh794.5 million will be disbursed on July 26, 2024, to 48,199 pensioners and beneficiaries. A total of Dh794,520,346.03 in pension funds will be distributed on Friday, reflecting a rise from the Dh711,323,785.25 allocated to 46,835 recipients in July 2023. This month's distribution includes 1,364 additional pensioners and beneficiaries and an extra Dh83,196,561 in payments. The disbursements are in line with Federal Law No. (7) of 1999 for Pension and Social Security, and also encompass those whose files are handled by the GPSSA on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, in compliance with relevant pension legislation.
