While fans eagerly await the next Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer, Rockstar Games has surprised everyone by announcing a new expansion for Grand Theft Auto Online. Beginning December 10, players can dive into 'Agents of Sabotage,' a fresh storyline featuring a rogue ex-Federal Investigation Bureau agent who is more than willing to assist in orchestrating high-stakes heists. The initial trailer for the expansion sets the stage for what's to come.

The renegade FIB operative is named Jodi Marshall, and she harbors a significant grudge against her former employers. Notably, Jodi still has access to sensitive FIB files, providing players with valuable intelligence. In collaboration with Jodi, players can seize control of the Darnell Bros Garment Factory, transforming it into a hub for new criminal activities. This expansion also reintroduces Pavel, a character from the four-year-old Cayo Perico Heist expansion.

In related news, Netflix plans to remove Grand Theft Auto 3 - The Definitive Edition and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - The Definitive Edition from its platform on December 13. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will remain available for now. This decision follows the recent visual update for the console versions of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition.

According to Rockstar, Grand Theft Auto 6 is still slated for a 2025 release, and GTA Online will presumably continue to receive support. However, the future of GTA Online once GTA 6 becomes the flagship title remains uncertain.
