The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat (Awqaf) has declared that registration for Haj 2025 will commence from the start of September 2024. In general, the UAE only grants Haj permits to Emiratis, while expatriates must utilize the quota from their respective countries and adhere to their national procedures. These operators provide comprehensive Haj packages that include visa expenses, accommodation, transportation, and meals.
