The Hollywood Reporter details that the plot revolves around a shepherd, portrayed by Hugh Jackman, who meets a mysterious and premature end. His devoted herd of sheep then takes it upon themselves to crack the case. The narrative humorously unfolds as the sheep discover that their sole chance at justice involves delving into the truth, which requires them to step out of their tranquil meadow and into the intricate and uncertain realm of human affairs. The script for Three Bags Full is crafted by Craig Mazin, acclaimed for his work on Chernobyl and The Last of Us. The movie is an adaptation of Leonie Swann's popular novel with the same title, and Kyle Balda, known for directing Minions, will direct the film. The release is slated for 2026.
