Hundreds of job opportunities for Emiratis are being offered at an exhibition that commenced on Tuesday, aimed at boosting the Emiratization strategy and ensuring that national talents and expertise secure employment and advance their careers.

Various governmental entities and private sector companies have announced the availability of numerous positions and invited citizens to visit their stands during the 2024 UAE Careers Fair 'Ru'ya and apply. Dubai Police, for instance, has announced 175 job vacancies for university graduates and high school diploma holders, with 50 positions for graduates and 125 for high school graduates. Interested candidates can apply at the fair held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Abu Dhabi Civil Defence has also announced vacancies in its fire prevention and safety department, while the Ministry of Defence launched its new website 'Tajneed' to recruit new cadets. Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority is offering 83 positions across various professional and administrative specializations, including 20 positions for the Engineers’ Fast-Track Programme.

The UAE's National Guard Command is seeking fresh cadets, particularly female citizens, to join its special tasks group. Sharjah Islamic Bank has introduced a part-time employment programme for Emirati students, and United Arab Bank will offer on-the-spot hiring during the exhibition.

Dubai Health Authority has announced over 350 job opportunities in the private healthcare sector, aimed at employing Emirati citizens across various specializations. The Ru'ya Careers exhibition will run until September 26.
