Despite global economic uncertainties, India's economy has shown resilience and adaptability, becoming the world's fifth-largest economy by nominal GDP in 2024.

The country has also emerged as a global startup hub, with the 'Startup India' initiative supporting the growth of numerous unicorns in sectors like technology, healthcare, and fintech. The Digital India campaign has revolutionized digital payments through initiatives like the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), enhancing transaction security and ease for millions.

Infrastructure development has seen significant improvements with major projects like the Bharatmala and Sagarmala programs enhancing road and maritime infrastructure.
