This masterclass will cover everything from creating the perfect crisp choux pastry to preparing velvety Valrhona chocolate fillings and mastering decorative techniques. The experience offers step-by-step instruction with personalized attention from the chef himself. The class is priced at Dh299 per person, which includes all necessary ingredients and materials for hands-on learning.
Jones the Grocer boasts 37 stores across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, Singapore, and the UK. Many of these locations also serve as venues for learning how to prepare specific dishes or snacks.
