Actor Janhvi Kapoor featured on The Great Indian Kapil Show along with co-actor Rajkummar Rao, where the host playfully teased her about her rumored relationship with Shikhar Pahariya. A recent promo released by the show's makers shows host Kapil asking Janhvi about her expectations for an ideal life partner, cleverly making a reference to Shikhar. Janhvi responds with a blush. The promo kicks off with a comical charades game, during which Janhvi attempts to convey something to Rajkummar with hilarious expressions, and then requests Kapil not to include such peculiar actions in the trailer.
In another scene, Kapil quizzes Rajkummar about working with Janhvi. The two had previously collaborated on 'Roohi,' where she portrays a ghost, and in their upcoming release 'Mr and Mrs Mahi,' she essays his wife. When asked whether Janhvi startled him more as a ghost or a wife, Rajkummar responds, "Whether it's a ghost or a wife, it is the same."
Although Janhvi and Shikhar have not officially confirmed their relationship, glimpses of their alleged romance have surfaced from time to time. The highly anticipated sports drama 'Mr & Mrs Mahi' starring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi is set to release on May 31. The film is backed by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
