The Jets have parted ways with head coach Robert Saleh on Tuesday following a 2-3 start to the season, according to a source.
Saleh, who was in his fourth season with the team, held a record of 20-36. Defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich is reportedly set to take over as the interim head coach.
The Jets had high hopes for the 2024 season, especially with quarterback Aaron Rodgers returning from a season-ending injury in 2023. However, the team has struggled early on, losing their last two games.
The tipping point came with a 23-17 loss to the Vikings in London on Sunday. Rodgers threw three interceptions in the game, and the offense appeared disjointed for much of the match.
