We all could use a little assistance. Kaley Cuoco has disclosed that she and fiancé Tom Pelphrey are undergoing couples therapy as they navigate the challenges of raising their young daughter. Cuoco, 38, believes that all couples should consider this approach.

The “Big Bang Theory” star discussed parenting on the Nov. 25 episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Cuoco described the experience of raising her and Pelphrey’s nineteen-month-old, Matilda, as a “wild ride” and “an adventure.” She humorously explained to the audience that taking care of a 19-month-old is akin to looking after a drunk best friend every day.

Cuoco emphasized the importance of couples therapy, suggesting that everyone should consider it. She detailed the daily struggles of parenting, from managing tantrums to ensuring the child’s safety, and joked about the unpredictability of a toddler’s behavior.

Cuoco and Pelphrey, 42, welcomed their daughter Matilda on March 30, 2023. The couple confirmed their relationship in March 2022 and announced their engagement in August 2023. Despite their busy lives, they have not yet begun planning their wedding, with Cuoco joking that they might have another child first.

Cuoco has also addressed the online criticism and scrutiny she faces regarding her parenting style, calling for an end to mom-shaming. She emphasized that every mother is doing her best and urged people to be more supportive.
