A new CNN poll released on Wednesday indicates that Vice-President Kamala Harris holds a slight advantage over her Republican opponent, Donald Trump, in Michigan and Wisconsin. However, the two contenders are neck and neck in Pennsylvania, just days before the Nov. 5 election. According to the poll, Harris leads Trump 48% to 43% among likely voters in Michigan and 51% to 45% in Wisconsin. These states, along with Pennsylvania, are known as the 'blue wall' and played a crucial role in President Joe Biden's victory over Trump in 2020.

In Pennsylvania, the CNN poll shows Harris and Trump tied at 48%. With 19 electoral votes, Pennsylvania is considered one of the larger prizes in the race for the White House. The interviews for the poll were conducted online and by telephone between Oct. 23 and Oct. 28 with 726 likely voters in Michigan, 819 in Pennsylvania, and 736 in Wisconsin, according to CNN. The margin of error is plus or minus 5 percentage points.
