According to a source who spoke to InTouch, 'Sparks were flying, they exchanged numbers.' The insider also mentioned that Stone, 66, who had shown support for Costner during his recent contentious divorce from ex-wife Christine Baumgartner, seemed to enjoy the attention and even winked at Costner at one point during the evening.
Another source who spoke to Daily Mail described the interaction as 'definitely looking like they were hitting it off.' The witness added, 'They started off polite with small talk then he put on his Kevin Costner charm, you know, like the vibes he gave off in Bull Durham and Tin Cup, like heyyyy baby.' 'Sharon is such a class act, she handled the attention very well and was cute. She winked at him and was sweet,' the source continued.
This flirty encounter comes shortly after Stone defended Costner in relation to his divorce from Baumgartner, with whom he shares three children: sons Cayden, 17, and Hayes, 15, and daughter Grace, 14. Baumgartner had been seeking $160,000 a month in child support, a demand that Stone commented on, recalling her own difficult divorce from ex-husband Phil Bronstein.
