Kiran Faisal is a dynamic chef who owns a restaurant in Dubai. Tandoori Bistro, situated in the vibrant JLT area, has rapidly gained recognition among Dubai's dining scene. As the proprietor and head chef of Tandoori Bistro, Faisal takes pleasure in crafting her own menu and pioneering new recipes.
Faisal relocated to Dubai approximately 20 years ago and is well-versed in the city's evolving landscape. She reflects, “Dubai is a cultural melting pot, attracting people from diverse backgrounds. Here, tastes vary widely, and at Tandoori Bistro, we continuously adjust our offerings to cater to these diverse palates.”
Despite being a Pakistani restaurant that serves authentic Karachi cuisine, Tandoori Bistro attracts a multicultural clientele. “Competition is fierce in Dubai, with a plethora of dining options, yet we strive to offer our dishes with a unique flair. As the head chef, I determine the menu, and I personally select all ingredients. Most of our spices are homemade, infusing our Karachi-style dishes with an exotic, eastern essence. We take pride in serving our customers and ensuring they experience a taste of Karachi in Dubai.”
