Knox Jolie-Pitt made a rare red carpet appearance at the Governors Awards on Sunday night. The 16-year-old looked strikingly similar to his mother, Angelina Jolie, who accompanied him to the event, along with his father, Brad Pitt. Knox exuded charm in a black and white suit paired with a black bowtie. He stood tall beside Jolie, 49, demonstrating that he is nearly as tall as his renowned mother. Jolie dazzled in a gold and silver sleeveless dress, adorned with a large diamond necklace and matching earrings. Her brunette hair was styled in a bun, with her front locks elegantly parted on either side of her face. The mother-son duo radiated glamour at the star-studded event, which also featured appearances by Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Pamela Anderson, Demi Moore, Jennifer Lawrence, and more. This marked Knox's first red carpet appearance in three years. His last Hollywood carpet walk was in October 2021 at the London premiere of his mother's Marvel film, 'Eternals.' Knox's siblings, Maddox, 23, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and Vivienne, 16 (Knox's twin), were also in attendance. Jolie shares her six children, including son Pax, 20, with Pitt, 60. The former couple married in 2014 and separated in 2016. Jolie filed for divorce following an alleged altercation on a plane with the children present. Since their split, the 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' co-stars have engaged in legal battles over custody of their children and the ownership of their French winery, Château Miraval. Knox and Vivienne are the only Jolie-Pitt children who remain minors. None of the kids appear to have a relationship with their father. Shiloh legally dropped 'Pitt' from her last name in August. Zahara was the first to make the change last November. After becoming an Alpha Kappa Alpha, she introduced herself as 'Zahara Marley Jolie' during an induction ceremony at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. Earlier this year, Vivienne was listed as 'Vivienne Jolie' in the Playbill for the Broadway production of 'The Outsiders,' which she co-produced with her mother. Last month, a source told People that Jolie's kids have been her 'biggest supporters' amid her legal battles with Pitt. 'In the past few years, she's been able to create a life for herself and the kids that make them all happy. It was a struggle for a while, but Angie is proud about how resilient and strong the kids are,' said the insider. They added of Jolie, 'She's actively moving beyond the past. She wants to focus on her family, work, and the future. These are all things that make her happy.'
