Lisa Barlow's lifestyle is always top-notch, and her skincare routine is no exception. When the 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star revealed on an October episode of 'Watch What Happens Live' that she was scheduled to undergo a cosmetic procedure, a CO2 laser, fellow guest Molly Sims urged her to reconsider. Sims cautioned, 'You cannot f–k your barrier. You cannot do that,' to which Barlow responded, 'I trust her, she's beautiful. I trust the model.' Hearing this advice from the 51-year-old, the Vida Tequila founder decided to heed it. 'I did cancel the doctor’s appointment, but we switched it to another type of laser that I think will be great for skin resurfacing,' Barlow exclusively told the New York Post at Warner Brothers’ Fall TV Season Celebration last week. 'I’ve had two kids, so it damages your skin.'

Although the reality star enjoys trading the snowy hills of Utah for some sunshine occasionally, she also noted, 'I love my spray tans.' Almost as much as she loves her signature glam. As fans will remember, Barlow confessed to having a glam team on retainer for her everyday life, a practice that continues today. 'Yeah, I do glam every single day,' the mom-of-two shared. 'I have two girls that are on retainer that only work with me. I have my favorite hair people that do my hair only for special occasions. I think I’m really good at doing my own hair, so I only do the special occasion for hair – which when we’re filming is like every day.'

'But my skincare, I love Alastin products. I think they’re my favorite,' Barlow said before giving a shout-out to her 'WWHL' partner in crime. 'Molly Sims has the best under-eye patches before glam and everyone should use them. They’re amazing. So I use hers like every day. I wear them at night or before I go in the glam chair. But I think skincare is major important.'

These days, Season 5 of 'Salt Lake City' is in full swing, and along with good skincare, some self-care might be in Barlow’s future. The Utah resident reflected on having to defend herself since the start of episode one but remains unbothered. 'You know what? I actually think this was harder than last year,' Barlow said of filming this season. 'I think last year we were all more bonded together at the end, and this year it’s like everybody’s unspoken feelings are being said and it’s been hard, but I’m sick of everyone coming for me.' She quipped: 'I’m like, come up with something good. If you have an issue, it better be good.'

And if they don’t? Well, Barlow knows who isn’t getting an invite to the Wendy’s run anytime soon. 'Whitney,' she stated before adding that in order to get back in her good graces, 'she would have to stop lying, which I think would be very hard for her.' 'I think the damage is so big this year. And I mean, you see at the Lisa lunch, she’s talking about my business, she’s talking about my marriage. She lies about my relationships. I am married to my husband and she’s accused me of doing the most horrible things. So, I don’t know, I think she’d have to pull a 180. I don’t know if it’s possible because she’s been doing this since Season one. She’s just not as good at it as she used to be.'

Luckily, there are plenty of other women in Utah who could make the cut for a fast-food run, including Demi Engemann from Hulu’s 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.' 'Demi is always welcome at any of my parties, especially the ones on camera,' expressed Barlow. 'I absolutely love her. I was friends with her husband in college, so I’ve known them for a very long time. Demi was a child back then. She’s beautiful. She’s charismatic. I think she’s the star of her show.' Which could have its ups and downs when it comes to reality television. As Barlow put it: 'Next season, I’m like, you’re probably going to have it rough because they’re all going to come for you.' But luckily, Demi has the New Yorker to lean on. 'When she was considering doing the show, she came and talked to me and she said I gave her excellent advice,' she admitted. 'I think she was meant to be on TV. I think she’s meant to be famous.'

Another familiar face who she believes was meant to be famous? Lisa and husband John Barlow’s 12-year-old son, Henry. 'Baby Gorgeous is amazing,' Barlow gushed. 'He has the best hair ever. We’re not allowed to touch it. He is like working Fresh Wolf hard and he is on TikTok, and he wants everyone to follow him. He’s the official baby gorgeous.' The couple’s eldest son, Jack, 19, is also thriving after fans saw Barlow become emotional over his health earlier this season. 'Jack is still on his mission, he has eight months left. He loves Bogota, Colombia. It was really hard having him sick because he was so far away. They had him stay in an area of Colombia where he was very close to a hospital for about eight months so they could take him in once a week and check on him. He’s doing amazing right now. He’s strong. He’s really really healthy, he’s always eating clean.' The Bravo personality noted: 'He’s ripped and he continues to be very, very ripped!'
