As LIV Golf concludes its 2024 season with two final events—LIV Golf Chicago at Bolingbrook Golf Club in Illinois and LIV Golf Dallas—organizers have unveiled plans for an even more ambitious 2025 season. The LIV Golf Chicago will take place from September 13th to 15th, followed by the LIV Golf Dallas Team Championship from September 20th to 22nd at Maridoe Golf Club in Texas, marking the end of the 2024 season.
LIV Golf has announced the launch of its third full season in February 2025, starting in major global markets across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. The season will kick off with LIV Golf Riyadh from February 6th to 8th, marking LIV Golf's first event in Saudi Arabia's capital. "As we look ahead to 2025, LIV Golf is preparing for our most ambitious season start yet," stated LIV Golf Commissioner and CEO Greg Norman. "Since our inception in 2022, we have held 34 tournaments in nine countries across four continents. We are a global league with a global presence, and we are thrilled to begin next season with four international events that will showcase our unique blend of elite golf, entertainment, and culture to fans worldwide."
The inaugural event of 2025 will feature LIV Golf's top players competing at Riyadh Golf Club, which has hosted events like the Aramco Team Series and the Saudi International. LIV Golf will then head to The Grange Golf Club for LIV Golf Adelaide from February 14th to 16th, a tournament that set a new standard for fan engagement with over 94,000 attendees in April. The event included the return of the popular Watering Hole and saw Australian team Ripper GC, led by captain Cam Smith, win the first-ever team playoff in front of a home crowd.
Following Adelaide, LIV Golf will return to Hong Kong Golf Club for LIV Golf Hong Kong from March 7th to 9th, and then to Sentosa Golf Club for LIV Golf Singapore from March 14th to 16th. Both venues are renowned for hosting prestigious golf events, with Sentosa Golf Club recently voted the World's Best Golf Course.
