Changes are only possible based on seat and showtime availability and must be made at least two hours before the original movie start time. It's important to note that all tickets and booking fees are non-refundable. However, tickets booked without a bank offer can be rescheduled. For refunds, Reel Cinemas issues a Reel Cinema gift voucher, with a Dh5 deduction from the refund amount, regardless of any bank offers.
VOX
VOX Cinemas operates across various locations in the UAE, including Abu Dhabi Mall, Al Hamara Mall in Ras Al Khaimah, and many more. To change ticket timings, customers can call the VOX call centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled showtime. Tickets purchased with bank offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Special promotions or offers may also restrict ticket rescheduling. Exchanges are only valid for online purchases made through the VOX website or app. VOX does not provide cash refunds; instead, refunds are issued as VOX credit, equivalent to one dirham. This credit can be used for future purchases but cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds are not possible if the movie starts in less than 30 minutes, if tickets have been collected or scanned, or if purchased at a discount through banks or telecom offers. Refunds are only available for bookings made through registered accounts, and the credit is valid for 90 days.
Novo
Novo Cinemas operates in several locations across the UAE, such as Sahara Centre, Mega Mall, and Dragon Mart. Tickets can be rescheduled based on seat availability, but changes must be made at least two hours before the original showtime. Novo does not offer refunds under any circumstances, as stated on their website: 'All tickets sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if you do not collect your tickets or arrive to see the movie.'
Roxy
Roxy Cinemas has theatres in various locations across Dubai, including Dubai Hills, City Walk, and The Beach. Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, Roxy does not accept any refunds. 'No cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances,' even if customers do not attend or collect their tickets.
