Burn! Martha Stewart doesn’t think Ryan Reynolds is very funny. Despite his reputation for comedic roles, Reynolds, 48, falls short in the humor department, according to Stewart, 83, who happens to be the “Deadpool & Wolverine” star’s neighbor. The iconic homemaker shared her thoughts on Reynolds during a special guest appearance on Bilt Rewards’ November “Rent Free” game show. The show, akin to “Family Feud,” is streamed on the credit card company’s mobile app.

When asked which celebrities she believed survey respondents would find most fun to hang out with, Stewart told Bilt CEO and founder Ankur Jain, 34, that she was confident her close friend Snoop Dogg would be at the top of the list. She also mentioned Reynolds as a likely contender, noting, “He’s probably on the list just ‘cause he covers himself up in his movies and you don’t see his face — Ryan Reynolds, is he one of those?”

“And you want to know something? He’s not so funny in real life,” Stewart added. “No, he’s not so funny. He’s very serious.” Stewart went on to say that she’d prefer to hang out with Brad Pitt and George Clooney, stating, “I’d like to hang out with those guys.” When Jain suggested Taylor Swift, Stewart was quick to include her, placing Swift at the top of her list, with Snoop Dogg in second place.

“Then I would take Ryan off it, and I would put in somebody else,” Stewart said. When asked who she would add, she replied, “George Clooney, ‘cause he’s fun. George is really nice to hang out with.” After Jain expressed surprise at her lack of enthusiasm for Reynolds, Stewart clarified, “He’s a good actor. He can act funny, but he isn’t funny. Maybe he can get to be funny again.” Realizing the potential impact of her comments, she added, “I’m going to get in trouble. He’s my neighbor.”

Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, 37, own a home in Bedford, NY, near Stewart’s famed farm. Stewart participated in Bilt’s “Rent Free” game show as part of her ongoing tour to promote her new cookbook, “Martha: The Cookbook: 100 Favorite Recipes, with Lessons and Stories from My Kitchen,” which was released on Oct. 22.
