The Brazilian shipyard MCP Yachts has revealed the sale of its largest yacht project to date. This 48-metre vessel has been commissioned by a loyal client and will be constructed at the yard's facilities in São Paulo.
Although details are currently under wraps, MCP Yachts seized the occasion to unveil information about two new concepts developed in partnership with Dutch design firm Vripack. The first, dubbed Project Venice, is a 42-metre, 'charter-optimized' yacht featuring adaptable cabin arrangements, space for 12 guests, and leisure amenities such as an upper deck Jacuzzi and a main deck swimming pool. The second concept, Project Elysium, measures 46 metres and is distinguished by a broad, clean bow dedicated to a helipad, with concealed storage for a tender and twin Jet Skis.
'MCP Yachts is thrilled to commence the construction of our largest yacht yet and to introduce two new projects that underscore our ongoing collaboration with Vripack,' stated Manoel Chaves, MCP Yachts' founder. 'Simultaneously, Project Venice and Project Elysium highlight our unwavering dedication to cutting-edge design and supreme luxury.'
This announcement follows the delivery of the 40.7-metre Hygge, also designed by Vripack, which holds the record for the largest volume of any full aluminium motor yacht built in South America.
