Mishi Yachts, the latest venture from Yonca Shipyard, has provided an exclusive glimpse into its 31-metre flagship, the Mishi 102, which made its debut at the Monaco Yacht Show. Following the announcement in April 2024 of its entry into the supersail market, Mishi Yachts unveiled this model in May, attributing the expansion to the success of the Mishi 88 at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2019. The project's development involved Taka Yacht Design for naval architecture and Atilla Eren for the interior, with Ocean Independence handling the exclusive sales.

Designed with family cruising as a priority, the yacht places significant emphasis on the size and comfort of its cockpit, which features a dining and lounging area for 12, sheltered under a carbon fibre hardtop. Extendable tables can be adjusted for dining or lowered for coffee breaks. The yacht's panoramic views are enhanced by glass windows, open sides, and skylights. Guests will enjoy leather details and woods, with Eren choosing a sophisticated black-and-white upholstery pattern, complemented by smart red strapping on the cylindrical armrests.

The deck space is expansive, with a large teak deck aft of the helms. This area, free from the hardtop, is ideal for sitting, lounging, and entertaining, or it can be used to store toys or tenders. A large garage can accommodate a 4-metre boat, and the transom lowers to create a spacious swim platform accessible via hidden steps. Additional highlights include a forward cockpit integrated into the coachroof, providing protection and a sense of security. Inside, the large saloon maximizes the yacht's 7.3-metre beam with sofas, coffee tables, and loose pouffe seating. The starboard side features a well-equipped navigation station and chart table, while the galley can be partially opened to the saloon, allowing owners to cook with family.

Accommodation includes three en suite guest cabins, two aft of the saloon and one opposite the galley, which can be configured as doubles or twins. The owner's cabin is positioned forward for maximum privacy and light. Alternative configurations have been considered, such as moving the galley forward and the owner's cabin amidships, or transforming the midship guest cabin into a lounge area. Powered by a standard diesel engine, the yacht can reach speeds of up to 12 knots, with a cruising speed of 10 knots and a range of 1,000 nautical miles using its 4,000-litre fuel capacity.

"We were thrilled to reveal the details of our flagship, the incomparable Mishi 102, at the Monaco Yacht Show," said Mishi Yachts chairman Şakir Yılmaztürk. "I believe the yacht offers something truly unique in the market: a spacious, comfortable sailing cruiser. The positive reaction we've received suggests the market agrees." Şakir Yılmaztürk, the shipyard's chairman and founder, added, "People are amazed by the space on board, and the headroom below is exceptional. This inspired me to consider producing more sailing yachts to the same high standard, leading to the birth of Mishi Yachts and the development of this larger model."

Yonca Shipyard, known for its work in the defence and law enforcement sectors, including fast patrol boats, will construct the Mishi 102 using foam sandwich carbon composite. The yacht will meet full RINA classification and feature "the latest tech," "state-of-the-art" engineering, and accommodation for eight guests and four crew.
