Capcom is pulling out all the stops with an Ultra Collector's edition of Monster Hunter Wilds in Japan, which includes an actual bicycle. However, before you get too thrilled, be aware that this package comes with a hefty price tag of approximately $1,260 (converted from 181,590 yen). Spotted by VGC, the Monster Hunter-themed folding bike is just one of the many items in this exclusive bundle. The Ultra Collector's edition also features a steelbook containing a PS5 copy of the action-adventure game, a weapon bag pouch, and a cute baby Seikret plush.

Meanwhile, in the US, preorders for the Monster Hunter Wilds Steelbook edition are now open. Additionally, a Digital Deluxe edition is available for $90, while the Premium Deluxe edition is priced at $110. These versions include various extras such as layered armor, gestures, additional hairstyles, and more—with the premium edition also offering two future cosmetic DLC packs.

Earlier this week during the PlayStation State of Play, Capcom announced that Monster Hunter Wilds will be released on February 28, 2025, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Last month, GameSpot had the opportunity to play the game and found it to be exceptional. Capcom also confirmed at Gamescom last month that Monster Hunter Wilds will not feature gender-locked armor for the first time. Previously, armor sets were exclusive to either men or women; now, players can choose their preferred gear. Additionally, Monster Hunter Wilds promises to introduce more monsters than ever before.
