Finnish shipyard Nautor Swan has revealed the sale of four units from its Maxi Swan range, with two of these belonging to the 35.6-metre Swan 108 series. The Swan 108 represents a significant evolution in the range, featuring revised exterior styling by Micheletti + Partners and naval architecture by German Frers. The inaugural unit, Fancy, was successfully delivered in October 2023.

The Swan 108, like its predecessors, boasts moderate freeboards, ensuring smooth handling and seaworthiness even in challenging conditions. A notable enhancement is the coachroof, which now includes a spacious companionway, seamlessly connecting the cockpit to the saloon. Additionally, the helm stations have been relocated forward and elevated, providing enhanced visibility and control, while optimizing the aft cockpit for sunbathing and the beach club area, which is expanded by a dual-acting transom door. This design innovation doubles the available space compared to similar Maxis, according to the shipyard, and facilitates easier tender operations.

Accommodation is provided across four cabins, including an owner's suite forward, with interiors curated by Italian studio Misa Poggi. For sailing enthusiasts, both in-boom furling and a racing square top mainsail are options, catering to cruising or regatta participation. Key specifications include a 7.6-metre beam and a draft of 4.9 metres.

The other sold models comprise the third unit in the Swan 88 series and the fifth unit in the Swan 98 series. BOATPro reports that Nautor Swan currently has two Swan 128 models—the yard's second-largest series—actively under construction.
