The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a warning for motorists due to fog causing poor visibility on Tuesday morning. A red alert has been issued by the weather department, notifying residents of a decline in horizontal visibility, which may further decrease at times in some coastal and internal areas until 8:30 in the morning.
Abu Dhabi Police, in a post on X, urged motorists to be cautious due to reduced visibility during the fog. Drivers are advised to adhere to changing speed limits displayed on electronic information boards.
Generally, the UAE can anticipate a fair to partly cloudy day on Tuesday, with temperatures gradually rising. The temperature is expected to reach up to 37ºC and 35ºC in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, respectively. Humidity is expected to increase by night and Wednesday morning in some coastal and internal areas. Moderate winds are expected to blow in the country. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.
