Actor Neena Gupta, now a proud grandmother, has shared valuable advice with her daughter Masaba Gupta on motherhood, women's strength, and power. Masaba recently posted a video on her Instagram, recalling her experience as a mother. In the clip, Masaba asks, 'Mom, what is that one line you always tell me when I cry for no reason?' Neena responds, 'When you were born, I was alone, my head was hurting a lot, and I had to feed you. I was breastfeeding, tears were streaming from my eyes, and it was very painful. There's a very famous Hindi poet whose name I can't remember, but one of their lines always comes to mind when I think of you: 'A woman's story is in her embrace, milk in her shawl, and water in her eyes.'

Masaba explains, 'In essence, it means a woman's strength—no matter the difficulty, she is a nurturer and can do anything.' The caption accompanying the video reads, 'Neenaji on Nari shakti.' On October 12, Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra announced the birth of their baby girl with a joint Instagram post. Masaba shared a sweet monochrome photo of their baby's tiny feet. They also posted a picture of a white lotus and a moon against a blue backdrop, with their announcement written on it: 'Our very special little girl arrived on a very special day. 11.10.2024. Masaba & Satyadeep.'
