The National Ambulance has introduced a new fleet of ambulances, equipped with cutting-edge technology and medical equipment, adhering to the highest international standards. This fleet includes four-wheel drive first responder vehicles, specifically engineered to handle varying weather conditions, enabling them to access flooded areas with ease. The goal is to ensure uninterrupted service to the UAE community, bolster the national ambulance system, and provide emergency services during critical situations.
This initiative aligns with the activation of National Ambulance services in Dubai, aimed at meeting the demands of event coverage and private contracts within the emirate. During the launch, Major General Hamdan Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Commander of the National Guard, emphasized the need for National Ambulance teams to enhance their readiness and take all necessary precautions to ensure swift response at all times, thereby contributing to societal safety and delivering emergency care in line with global best practices.
