The UAE transport authority announced new taxi fare rates effective from July on Sunday. Ajman Transport Authority posted on social media that the cab fare for the emirate will be Dh1.82 per kilometre. This rate, which is applicable throughout July, is 1 fil lower than the Dh1.82 per kilometre rate of last month. The adjustment follows the UAE's fuel price committee's announcement of the month's rates. Depending on the vehicle type, filling a full tank of petrol in July will cost between Dh7.14 and Dh11.11 less than in the previous month. Check the rates here.
