Nicola Payne is composing a heartfelt tribute to her late brother, Liam Payne, after his untimely passing at the age of 31.
"When I saw the news flash on my phone that you had left us, I felt a chill. I desperately wished for this to be untrue," she started in a lengthy Instagram post on Monday. "I have spent days hoping it was a mistake and that someone had it wrong. You were truly too good for this earth; you were an angel who lived to make people smile and happy," she continued. "You have always shown kindness to everyone you met, and it is evident by the number of people who have confirmed what we always knew!"
Nicola added that she and the One Direction star didn’t have enough family photos, but they were his "biggest fans always and forever." She further stated: "Your talent alone puts you miles ahead, but also you being you."
According to Nicola, Liam always lived by the motto, "Why bother doing something unless you are brilliant at it?" and Liam was certainly brilliant at everything he did!!
