Nintendo introduces a new feature for Alarmo that lets you drift off to sleep with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe scenes. The alarm clock now offers seven different options for device owners. Nintendo of America's official X account announced the arrival of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Alarmo. However, users must ensure their alarm clock is connected to the internet and linked to a Nintendo Account to access the free update.

Below are the newly added scenes:

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is Nintendo's best-selling game of all time, with one exception. Wii Sports has sold more units, but it was bundled with the Wii console. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, on the other hand, has been included in various Switch packages in the past.

This isn't the first update for Nintendo's Alarmo. The device received a day-one update in October, introducing Moderate Mode, Movement Record, and more. The Nintendo-themed alarm clock was unexpectedly announced on October 9, surprising fans who are eagerly awaiting the Switch 2. The device launched with scenes from games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey.

Additionally, there have been some unofficial modifications for the device. A hacker has added cat pictures and a playable version of Doom to Alarmo.

Alarmo is currently exclusive to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, priced at $100. A broader release for the device is expected next year.
